Fusilli pasta with home made Bolognaise sauce. (Beef and pork) Sprinkle of Parmesan Reggiano and parsley.
Interestingly I discovered recently, courtesy of a foody channel, that Bolognaise sauce is actually made from Tuna in Bologna.
A friend's wife made this years ago and we still make it on occasion with tinned tuna. Give it a try for a lower calorie option.

Smoked gammon steaks done on my cast iron griddle pan together with pineapple rings, tomatoes and closed cup mushrooms. Oven chips and peas. Sauces.
