A very valid point , with the launch of TIVO I also feel they have took their eye off other areas of the TV service especially HD content.

A: RTE Radio and WRN Radio do not broadcast in Ex-ntl and Ex-Cable & Wireless areas - yet.

Q: NOW THAT BSKYB HAS TOOK OVER VIRGIN MEDIA TELEVISION WILL ANY CHANNELS CLOSE ON VIRGIN TV?
A: Yes Sky has closed Bravo, Channel One and Challenge Jackpot down. But us Virgin Media viewers will see some channels moving about as we have now got Sky1 HD, Sky Arts 1 HD and Sky Arts 2 HD on our network.

When deals with broadcasters run out Virgin Media need to sign new one to keep that Channel on Virgin TV.

Hi All,

Just to answer a few of the questions raised so far here:

• We're very excited that to be launching Sky Anytime (& Anytime+) on our on demand service in the next few months.
• It will carry programs from the sky channels that are available on Virgin Media TV:
• Sky1, Sky Living, Sky Arts, Sky News (available to XL TV Customers),
• Sky Movies (for Sky Movies Collection customers)
• Sky Sports (for Sky Sports Collection customers)
• There will be hundreds of TV Shows and Movies available at launch, and that will grow in the weeks and months following launch

I'm afraid I don't have an exact launch date just yet, but as soon as we do we'll let everyone know.
