BB medic is a BIG download so it'll take a while depending on your connection speed.

i find it funny how if you click the link that you've got slow connection speeds it asks you to clear your cache LOL

I installed boradband medic so i can see the updates that NTL do (They come up on the screen when theres works going on in your area) .. However, its got some bugs, like the fact when the pop-ups are on the screen, they stay there for about a second, then disappear. So unless you can read REALLY fast, its quite annoying.

Having an overfull or corrupt cache can actually cause slow browsing. It can't cause bad pings in games, but it can cause IE to respond slowly, giving the impression that the connection is running slowly.
