Guys, for any proxy problems, bear in mind we have a couple of articles that may help.

How to change your proxy: http://www.cableforum.co.uk/forum/article.php?a=21

A fairly up to date list of Proxies: http://www.cableforum.co.uk/forum/article.php?a=10

Re: Extremely Slow in 'bromley' - proxy issues

I've been having problems this last week or so too. SE15 here. It seems to have improved a lot since yesterday I got my 2>4mb speed increase but some sites are still very stubborn to load. Still not worried at mo. But it was awful for a few days.

Re: Extremely Slow in 'bromley' - proxy issues

Im in Beckenham (BR3) and my 1mb has been painfully slow loading some sites in the past 2 weeks or so. It is particularly bad in the evenings (peak times). The last 2 days it has improved, but some sites are still really slow.

Bear in mind that if everyone switches to the same proxy, suddenly, it won't be so fast anymore.
