A silver Samsung? If so, you can recycle it yourself. Ditto for any modem that isn't a SuperHub.

Probably explains why they didn't seem to want my old Samsung back. It's a silver one 2110 IIRC

TVM for clarifying. Pity the CS rep didn't tell me that.

What about a black VHD box?
I did a quickstart TiVo and shub changeover for my parents but there were no intructions on returning VHD box. Recycle?

That's current issue for non-TIVO HD customers, we only got one a few months ago, so I think they'll want it back.

I got a new SH2 today and I was told to bin our current SH1. There is no return label that I can see in the box that the SH2 came in.

Re: Help - new Tivo & Superhub installation
Virgin Media don't want the SH1's back which is why you won't get a label. You can take it to any local recycling centre, as Virgin Media are part of the WEEE's regulations DTS scheme.
