I maybe wrong but I don't think 10 meg users are being moved across. So your speed may have increased because you may lost some 20 meg users who've shifted onto the new kit.
Looks like you maybe still on the oversubscribed UBR.
Indeed, it's back to sub 500kb/s now Was told by retentions that it will be sorted by the end of the month so fingers crossed.
