I hope you don't mean in Tech Support, LOL , I did a year for Freeserve on their tech support and i'd rather have customers telling me how rubbish our service is all day (even since we've started handling NTL calls as well,) than have to deal with the stupidiy of some of the people I use to have to deal with at Freeserve.

LoL no mate I meant dealing with the whining customers ( blueyonder) who think they can mention $ky, BT, pipex * add any other ISP here, and get a freebie or a credit to their account.

I know what you mean with the stupidity of some, yet these are now the same people we are selling and supporting routers to *sigh*
