Just back from my local Game(Middlesbrough) and the queues to buy the new GTA were massive. The worrying thing is that most of the queue was taken up by parents buying the game for the children.

Its so annoying when anything happens, like the recent manhunt outcry, that the parents are the first ones to complain. It doesn't stop them buying 18 rated games for 10 and 11 eleven year olds though.

Also you can get GTASA in game for ÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…Â¡ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£25 if you take the PC World voucher out of todays sun. If they won't match it Asda will.

Oh, it hasn't got an outright 2 player mode.. it's on Kill frenzies, etc.. you can have 2 player, that sucks

Someones bound to mod the PC version into a multiplayer even if it doesnt come as standard, thats one of the reasons im waiting for it

Thats that then called every game store in glasgow and no one has any. Gamestation have some but would not hold a copy for me for an hour.

lol, enjoying it so far... only just got back in to have a bash :p

Not really bothered with the missions yet, got up to the spray paint one and just left it and did some exploring.

Managed to get into the airport and rob what looks like learjet, forget the name... flew it over to one of the other islands and as soon as you get there you get 4 police and some military aircrafts and I think SAM's start shooting you down. I tryed to get away, but ending up getting shot when I was making a run for it.

Couple of gripes with the game ;

- Use of the analog stick to control cars and CJ.. seriousley sucks. I'd much prefer the normal arrow controls.
- Lack of serious multiplayer action. This game says 1-2 players.. it's crap you can only have 2 player in the race parts and on kill frenzies,etc.
- Graphical glitches... lamposts, etc... The game deserved MUCH more than a PS2... this game should of been coded primarily for a PC, the potential is/was enourmous. However, can see where Rockstar are coming from... they've got much more sales selling it on a PS2 then a PC.

I managed to get a copy after all. not played much but like the story so far. The PS2 graphics seriously suck. Can't wait till the PC or Xbox version. Traded a few old games in so only paid ÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…Â¡ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£15.99.

Head North to the country, and find a farm called easterboard farm (theres a red sign)

In here theres a quad bike sitting around somewhere, its some serious fun!

Has anyone found the monster truck?!
Or a combine harvester??

Ahh so you can get to the Airport in this one. Are some areas restricted, like GTA III was?

You can indeed, though your not allowed in till you get a flying license, though you can put your car against the hut and climb over, and get in the............lear jet

Well I am one of lucky people who own this with the free walkthrough supplied and a Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Bandana

, still relativly nowhere in it though too busy exploring and aint even got to the other islands the amount of stuff you can do while just mucking about is immense this on the Xbox and PC will be something special but the next Grand Theft Auto on the PS3 when released will be something special indeed

Sorry for double post just been playing on GTA SA found the Quad ( thanks m8 didnt spot that before ) noticed alot of the Vice City cheats work for the new one, also there is a cheats cd available in stores on November 18th I think on a magazine which cheats I am not sure about but should help those having issues, I am where the "life is a beach" mission and am having issues with that and are just exploring the area...and getting my man like the HULK in muscle size.
