l would like to see Jose Mourinho take the job as here is a man who has won trophies at the highest level and although Harry nice man he is has never hardly won anything at all.

I'd have to agree.
I don't subscribe to the notion that the manager has to be English. He does however have to be able to communicate with his players and everyone else clearly and confidently, and that's where Capello failed so miserably.

Stuart Pearce has been groomed for the England Job for years now and is in the perfect position to bring the youngsters that he has nurtured through the under 21's into the new England squad that will needed after the Euros as a number of senior players are coming to the end of their international careers.
