A (very) large Roku Japanese Gin with Elderflower Tonic, lots of ice and a couple of slices of lemon.
Some days just need a gin ‘n tonic, and this is one of those...

Ichnusa Anima Sardi - a Sardinian Lager.
One of our neighbours is a cheese maker, and he comes from Sardinia - I help him out occasionally when he has IT "issues", so he kindly gave me (as a thank you gift, as I don’t charge him for help) a bunch of his cheeses, some crackers and chutneys, and a couple of bottles of this lager.
Very smooth.
