yes the UN500 error causes programs to stay at the same time, until a reboot, the UN500 happens on 926 then when you turn to 101 , hit red, you get the UN500 error, (the engineer is coming out otmorrow to try and fix), when i choose chelsea on 926, and the PLEASE WAIT BBCi logo comes up, the error comes up, and if i hit TV, i see a tiny glimps of the test screen before is goes off

The BBC have taken the bridge away probably to fix the bug in the bridge which cause the error Un500 to appear.

well, you couldn't expect it to be perfect - it's a brand new feature for the langley area, you're going to get a few problems.
maybe by tomorrow you'll all have the proper bbci bridge!

the bbc 1 bridge works, just not the 926 one....that was the actual one with the E-TV

Biggest problem I've had so far is the box rebooting in the night and turning on the audio outputs. I always leave my stereo on and it can be quite unnerving to be woken in the middle of the night by your tv on whichever channel you left it on last!!

So, it appears the 1.10am blackouts arn't just black outs any more. I recorded The O.C. and at 1.10am the screen went black, TV Travel Shop came on for 20 seconds, screen went black again and then The O.C. came back! And no, the STB did not change channel.

Are ntl trying to tell me I need a holiday?!

Yes i had the same problem the other night i was watching a film on Sky Movies and at 1:10 it suddenly changed to QVC.

Me, too! I forget what was on, or what it changed to, but it definitely changed for several seconds. I thought LCR3 was supposed to fix the blanking problem, not make it worse? Is anyone from ntl brave enough to offer an explanation - Proppin', Sam B, anyone

I think it's strange that this thread was started by an ntl representative, is titled "CR3-Feedback & Questions in Here Please", is oodles of pages long, and yet ntl have noticably failed to respond to most of the points raised in it. I did try the "official" route of emailing Neil to pass the question on to Sam B, but that was a total waste of effort.

What response are you expecting ? - they are monitoring the thread, I doubt they will comment much until it is fully rolled out.

I finally appear to have got CR3 today - I'll have a proper look at it later.

lol... Cr3 Rocks for me...and i love the software they have managed to create.

but i was watching the chelsea show. and the man said "hit your red button for interactive stuff", then he asked Alan Titmarsh "do you ever use your red button"...and Alan replied "no, it never works for me" . lol . After this week (due to the final rollout) you will be able to Alan

Some indication that ntl are monitoring the thread, that they have noticed the recurrent problems that people have posted about - the lack of speed, the instability, and recently the 01:10 channel hopping - and that they plan to do something about them (and when?

ntl started this thread, way back in March at the start of the roll-out, with the comment "We are now in a position to answer questions that you might have about the new software". There have been plenty of questions asked, is it not time for some answers? Why did they bother starting the thread if they did not intend to respond?
