#AVFC 2012 profit on player sales Â£26.9m (2011 Â£18.8m), largely due to Stewart Downing to Liverpool and Ashley Young to Manchester United.

Excluding profit on player sales of Â£26.9m and interest waiver of Â£20.3m, the #AVFC 2012 loss would have been a hefty Â£64.9m.

In any case, #AVFC aggregate losses for last four seasons amount to a massive Â£155m.

#AVFC 2012 net debt up from Â£113.7m to Â£121.5m: Â£107.1m to Lerner and Â£15.1m to bank less Â£0.7m cash.

Randy Lerner put Â£10m into #AVFC in 2012, so has now provided around Â£240m of funding, split between loans and capital injections.
