OK for the benefit of those that could not see the obvious.
Imagine if the fans from one of the biggest teams in the world wanted a popular former player (I could have chosen any but I used Cantona as he's my own all-time favourite) to take over from arguably the biggest football management job in the world when he'd only had limited success with a comparatively small side.
Do I need to dumb it down any further?

Yeah you do because he had success as a manager before turning up in Wales including in the country of the club that supposedly wants him, no amount of ludicrous hypothesises can change that.
