You couldn't make this stuff up. Expect a price drop to follow and who knows where the Xbox goes from here.

Wild rumours or any actual news story?

LOL really?
If they do that they will likely drop the price too, unless they still package it with the Xbox and you just don't need to plug it in.

Re: The Xbox One Thread
Seems to be just the connection requirement that is set to be removed

Re: The Xbox One Thread
No news at all.
We don't know if it will be fully supported by one/both...or if it won't even work as a basic passthrough let alone the fancy features they showed at the reveal.
I did ask Sky's Twitter help and they just said they don't know as the console is not even out yet.
Sky has got a deal with MS for content, at least... So even if the whole box thing doesn't work, we'll still have a Sky Go app similar to the 360 one (or hopefully better).

it wants to be able to handle passthrough and the PIP features that stuff is basic but for some reason left off TVs well the ones ive bought in recent history. If it does not then I have no use for one

Re: The Xbox One Thread
Seen an advert for GoD:Ghosts on TV and showed date of 5th Nov for release which that we knew but then went to Xbox One logo and showed Xbox One console and said pre order now. Wonder if that means console is coming same day
