If it was that simple it would be complete. There is a lot of background upgrade work required. Several million pounds worth is the figure I have heard.

No it isn't, there's education, training, checking the monitoring tools work, checking all the modems work, checking the capacity calculations, checking the billing works (while rolling out a highly complex billing system), updating 500 odd UBRs, 100+ DHCP servers, several thousand config files. That's not simple.

Do you anything useful to say, your two posts so far appear to be that of a troll.

No disrespect meant, but, considering all the above is done, they still get it wrong!

I think it ends on Sept 21st but I'm not going to worry too much about a day or two.

No it doesn't, it just shows how stupid they are to react/copy Telewest's idea of increasing, but then get shown up for the buffoons they are by letting TW already complete their upgrades 2 weeks early, while all ntl can manage is 'late summer'.....

So i take it you would have liked them not to have done it so you have even more to hate them about. I say thank you NTL at least they are giving something back. Ok it is later than telewest but they are doing it. I can see it now if they had not annouced it there would have been hell to play and you would have been at the top of the list .
