I was wondering if juve scored too early. Leaves Celtic with a lot of time to come back

Pastore puts PSG 2 up. nuts the keeper. slow reactions from the keeper again.
---------- Post added at 20:44 ---------- Previous post was at 20:29 ----------
real tricky play by Moura on the wing for the 2nd PSG goal.
Juventus home record under Conte: P41 W28 D11 L2
a few goals from Celtic second will do nicely.
---------- Post added at 21:39 ---------- Previous post was at 20:44 ----------
Valencia pulled 1 back then Ibrahimovic saw red for going over the top of the ball. I think PSG are safe even without the big Sweed. Veratti out of the second leg too. goal disallowed for PSG. goal line officials doing nothing again, what are they there for?
---------- Post added at 21:49 ---------- Previous post was at 21:39 ----------
PSG, Juve, Bayern have domestic matches moved to aid CL. what are the FA doing? UEFA took action for Chelseas fixture last season.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
Not FA, Premiership set the fixtures with the Sky money in mind. The Premiership doesn't care as much about English success in the Champions League as much as The FA might. They still want the teams to do well because it reflects well on the league but obviously not enough to risk losing viewers for games in their regular time slots on Sky.

Time to fire off some emails to Sky folks..

Speaking of timetables. Madrid-Barcelona will be on Saturday 2 March at 4pm, Spanish time. Which means that it will not be shown live on UK TV.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
They won't be able to show it because of the ban on live games at 3pm on a Saturday.

Shame though, I fail to see how a 3pm Spanish kickoff would disrupt the attendances the football league.
That blackout is as good as dead now to be honest, lets face it. Online resources and pubs pretty much kill it.

Apparently we failed at the end of the transfer window with a £15.25m bid for Abdelaziz Barrada of Getafe.
LINK
Anyone heard of him?

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
I've not heard of Barrada.
El Panto needs to be moved. Why can Sky not broadcast? Is there a 3pm kick off rule over there too or have Sky carried it over from here? Either way it needs moving.

There is a rule that no live football can be shown at 3pm on a Saturday. Premiership, Championship or elsewhere. The rule doesn't apply over there but it applies to broadcasting here, the rule applies on any football irrespective of where it's from.
Sky simply cannot broadcast it. They may be able to broadcast the second half dependent on the time that kicks off. The game itself will have to be moved if it is to be on UK TV but I don't see that happening.
