To be fair van persie's medal haul at arsenal is equaled by his time in Dutch football, two medals isn't a lot to show for his ability, I'd flog him safe in the knowledge he'll spend large chunks of future seasons injured anyway.
I hear wenger turned down the Brazilian national job earlier

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
hes turned down alot of job. hes attached to Arsenal which i love as a fan. his presence at the club is the equivalent of 100mil spend during windows but we're 200mil spend down or out of reaching success according to some genius men balancing stats and reality whom i cant argue against. that = Wenger needing to invest 100mil in the squad. get rid of players not needed and replace with quality able to make a difference.
i had this overhaul ive been saying over and over a few months back as around 80mil. Arsenal SHOULD have at least 50mil to spend. the sale of players not Robin could have added 40mil but reality kicked in and not only are we finding it hard to shift players but its said by a few men in the know that theres not even 50mil to start off with. in total, reality 120mil needs to be invested into Arsenals playing staff to compete.
Sky pulled a story on Van Persie doing a Rooney. one of our scouts said we buy to replace (possibily hinting at the Giroud buy) i dont know anymore. players destined to leave might end up staying put.

One of the best footballing moments I've ever seen. Haven't even got to support Chelsea for me to have jumped all over the place. reminded me of Liverpool in 2005.
Along with this

Truly a remarkable end to the season for Chelsea and City which will be forever remembered worldwide. Greatest EPL season ever, You couldn't write the script for the ending, It was just sensational. Unlikely that we'll ever see something like that again

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
I was jumping all over the place for the Chelsea one, and not because I was happy for them winning. And the City ending was great, although I was getting quite nervous towards the end. And I'll never forget those blissful 10 minutes in which I thought Bolton had managed to avoid relegation then finding out they had missed it thanks to Stoke.

Pompey again

I feel for the fans to be fair. The club has been ripped apart by not just one poor decision but many. Crap businessmen that have quickly disappeared.

Spurs continue their trend of collecting rejects from top London clubs:

Spurs are creating a good side, if they get Lloris I would have to concede that they'll move ahead of us....

Probably all he would do though. Spurs should have him on a one-year rolling contract....

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
17 goals in 33 appearances for Spurs last season, something Arsenal fans will be praying for from any one of their strikers without Van Persie...
