Just cooking some deep fried Haddock in a home made crispy batter, steamed jersey royals/carrots with a large helping of home made Parsley sauce with home grown parsley

M-in-L is about again today so preparing some nice sliced pork belly, with new potatoes, broad beans from the allotment, some corriander infused stuffing balls with a light berry gravy streaked over the top..
Should be ready by 1pm

Lamb tikka starter, Lamb rogan josh, Keema rice, Peshwari nann washed down with some San Miguel  Boy was it nice, had the rogan made a bit warmer than normal.

Not quite ready yet but got a few bits of chicken on the braii, will finally chuck on a home made naan and serve with some fresh salad, corriander, raita and jalopenoes
