will UKTV launch HD versions of GOLD and Yesterday, because i am quite keen on those channels

I am pretty sure they can carry more then 400 channels, espcialy after the launch of MPEG-4 on Virgin Media

There is almost nothing on Gold that would be in HD.

What did the BBC use to film the shows on? I know they recently showed Only Fools in HD after a rescan.

I think that is it for GOLD so GOLD HD really isn't needed.
