That looks like a very useful idea. Are you one of the volunteer trialists or are the Talking Labels now available in all Pharmacies. I have a friend who is bind and watching her with her meds sometimes worries me, I know she has a braille notation on the labels but in the winter her fingertips get cracked and she has problems reading.

I am one of the triallists
The problem I also had with braille on the boxes was the pharmacy kept putting labels over the braille....
Your friend should call RNIB and they can organise with boots to get on the trial.

So glad you enjoyed your trip Nash. Better get saving quick if you are going back in September/October.

Cheers dilli. I will tell her about the labels and see what she wants to do. She has her prescriptions delivered from a local pharmacy but I would be more than happy to drive her to the nearest Boots if necessary. Shame more pharmacies don't seem to have the same option.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
It's my penultimate confirmation class tonight, our homework was to write out our spiritual journey. After writing down a potted history of my life I realised that, on the whole, my life is good

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
It's a Catholic thing. A little like a public (and spiritual) 'confirmation' of your beliefs.
