Depends on how many times you go to cinema. Ticket price is £9 per film so if i can go and see at least 2 films a month it will be better

Yeah that's it, but then the wife had one as well so costing double, so you have to make it worth your while, but the quality of films these days it's mainly down to the summer blockbusters etc, so some months there's sod all worth watching but you're still paying. But the plus side with a cineworld card I did manage to see a few (good) films I wouldn't have paid to see. This year alone I've only seen 3 films at the cinema.
Also Cineworld has a problem with online bookings if you have a CEA card (IMAX films only), so you have to pay full price then call them up to get a refund, so I've managed to see ironman 3 (2 persons) and star trek (3 persons) all refunded in full as they can't to partial refunds. I ain't commplaining....

Great purchase and well worth it.
I;ve have one since March 2008 and its saved me a fortune and also I've seen a lot more filmed cause of it. Also seen many many movies I otherwise would not have bothered with.
Also once your first year is over you are automatically upgraded to 'Premium' which gives you free 3D and @5% off the snacks and at the bar.

Re: What have you just bought?
New area rug for the sitting room.
Cream and black with a cat that perpetually sheds hair. Not a wise choice but heyho husbands and vacuum cleaners are a combination made in heaven.

Isn't the CEA card only for benefits claimants though? The Cineworld unlimited card is great, Ya can literally turn up at say 1pm on a crappy wet wintery Sunday afternoon and watch 2 or 3 Movies throughout the day.

The CEA Card is a national concessionary card developed by the Cinema Exhibitors’ Association for UK cinemas in order to allow people with disabilities to obtain one free ticket for a person accompanying them to the cinema.
To apply for the card, you will need to meet one or both of the following criteria:
a) Be in receipt of the disability living allowance or attendance allowance;
b) Be a registered blind person.
The aim of the CEA Card is to provide a consistent voluntary approach to the provision of complimentary tickets for people with disabilities
