hope it gets changed soon...

Yeah, I remember that - they didn't even say that it wasn't gonna happen in the end - they just didn't do it
I even saw screenshots of what it was gonna look like - very nice may I add

That update to interactive was going to be carried out once all areas had CR3 - as this is nearly the case it may well change
Would you be able to comment on this Sam B?

There's loads to explore, I suppose, and a new interface to get used to. Better wait for the booklet

Same thing here in NG17.
Switched off as EPG was not working (nothing unusual there) rebooted and found had been upgraded.
Would have been nice to get the letter first and CS new nothing about my area when I spoke to them earlier this week.
Mind you I have had two letters telling me about the price increase.
Must be costing NTL a fortune in postage.

Re: [Merged] CR3-Feedback & Questions in Here Please.
For all areas where I've told you the dates (even those that have subsequently been delayed) ALL of the letters have been sent out - and for each area they were all sent out on the same day. For anyone that hasn't had it, I'm guessing it must have been lost in the post.
I am hoping to have some news on dates for the areas that have been delayed on Monday.
I wouldn't expect any major changes to the interactive site immediately after CR3 has been fully rolled out. Rather, CR3 then gives us the ability to then make improvements over a period of time.
and before anyone asks, I can't confirm what ETV will be available on the Langley side and when. There are still a significant number of areas to receive the download, so it's too soon to say.
Cheers
Sam

Yes - Thanks, Sam.
I have the updated CR3 but no sign of the booklet - but as you say I would be the first to blame the snailmail - its dire round here.

If you mean add your own reminder sounds, then no. If you want to pick a different reminder sound from the predefined set, or turn it off altogether, you can do this in the Audio Settings menu:
CR3 Settings (audio)

Got the new handbook this morning, even though the letter is dated April 2004.

Sam, any news on the revised dates for Reading (and other places even though they don't matter)?

I really think these sounds are the worst thing to happen in the new set up, can I disable them??? they are really shocking, did a deaf monkey pick them???
