			i haven't had an email and nothing shows up i my virgin media supposed to be delivered on 3rd not had one to confirm or to cancel so will see :/

			I’ve just got the email cancelling me order… I suspect it’s due to the useless Wi-Fi pod on my account that never worked.   As the hub 4 I’ve had for about two years.  Would have been nice to 2Gb Ethernet port to connect to my decent router.

I think the excuse virgin give is for support.

I currently have my Asus router setup with both Sky ultrafast and Virgin as the backup connection. out of contract with virgin so could leave at any stage will be once decent 5G speeds are available to me.
