If you try the desktop client you may find you get the full 550. That is what happens on my tablet - probably limited by CPU

They haven't said much about the nature of the fault but my box hasn't worked properly since I got it a month or so ago

			My router has Speedtest built in, Samknows used to send me emails to confirm they were still looking into the problem but haven’t  The Virgin engineer said he’d be happy if he could get high 200s. I’m getting low 200s.

			I just got 500Mb installed.
