Has anybody here received an offer yet?

If not, would you participate in such an offer from them?
SKY have a similar offer on the go at the moment. The offer as far as I'm aware is available to all SKY customers via the SKY customer home page.

"Get 25% off your Sky TV subscription for the next 10 months when you sign up for another 12 months."

It's not a bad deal if your currently paying full price for SKY. The Family Bundle plus SKY Sports and SKY Movies costs £70.50 per month. If you agree to a new contract your monthly instalment for 10 months will go down to £52.87, a saving of £17.63 each month.

The TV subscription market is great at the moment for consumers.

Has anyone actually received a letter about this offer?

I think the best route is via retentions if your happy to continue/extend with virgin if you have sky and your out of contract with sky i would recommended giving them 30 days notice you may well get a 50% off for 12 months on your mysky account

I know of only one person so far, which prompted me to start this thread. It's interesting that nobody has thus far said that they have received this offer. Perhaps it's only a limited trial at the moment??

Yeah that's pretty much my intention. Not paid full price ever to SKY. Joined SKY on a 50% off deal. After 12 months I cancelled and got an offer to come back on another 50% off deal. Cancelled that after 12 months too and got 60% off for a year. Deal runs out in 2 months time. Must have saved over £1200 over the past 36 months.
