Flynn's comments are merely pointing out what certain individuals want to ignore. The coalition are engaging in social engineering - a charge they love to level at Labour. How many thousands of lower paid and unemployed have been forced out of London?

I take your point, but the difference between what you linked to, the EDL, football hooligans and lets please also include the UAF, is that they are undesirable characters to the majority of decent society. They meet with the intention of causing trouble and are well aware it's wrong.
The Roma culture is not the same, they do have a reputation for stealing and mugging but that's not what I'm on about. I'm talking about their softer cultural habits that is normal day life for them every day of the week, every week of the year (Except when it's too cold) because it's the culture they have grown up with.
I think low pay and unemployment is a separate issue, London has it's problems but so do I also think we have them in Wales for different reasons. Low pay is loved in Wales by the government, keeping people down keeps them voting for certain parties. There really appears to be a level of hatred for those doing well for themselves in South Wales, and doing well for themselves often means an income that can be less than some families receive claiming benefits.
