As a side note that article has reinforced my hatred for the Daily Mail.

Not so much evidence of the violence of Islam, more like another episode on how Care in the Community puts the population at risk.

I can think of several random killings off the top of my head due to mentalists not Islamists.

Don't get me wrong, My views remain the same in regards to Islam. But this cannot be attributed to that.

I was pointing out that there are instances of GROUPS of Muslims, supposedly WITHOUT mental issues that set out to kill somebody at random. Just because a Muslim commits a killing at random, doesn't mean they must have mental issues.
