fabretti they are a nightmare to deal with ...
 I am having trouble with VM if you read the thread Garden Dug Up and Cable installed on my property without knowledge, you will see just what a nightmare they have put me through, they seem to have no empathy to anyone, whether you are a customer or not...I will be leaving them when my contract runs out, well that is how I feel at the moment who knows what I will feel if they sort out the problem I am having. I have never really had a problem with their services but then again never had to phone them before and when I did have to phone them for their error they made me jump through hoops and expenses I should never have had to pay for all because of a error they made complete nightmare to deal with I hope their legal team are better now they are dealing with it, well one can live in hope  but doubt it .. after all it is still VM but hope my faith gets restored soon..fingers crossed ...  the cable up  TBH I found CEO okay but then again they could not discuss the matter as it was with their legal department ... so maybe that was an excuse who knows with VM

I had a similar problem as you weenie, after taking actions to take my incident to small claims court i was satisfied with the outcome before it ended up in court.
And the CEO office lied during every conversation i had with them and they wouldn't even let me record any conversations i had with them.

I have sent them title deeds, boundary survey which the surveyor stated "green trunking laid in my garden to which he was informed by us that it was VM cable" all via my Lawyer as they sent a letter stating that they would not remove the cable till I proved the land was mine .. the letter states quote In the interim until the boundary dispute is resolved we will not be taking any action in relation to moving the cable" I thought now that my Lawyer has sent all the relevant documents the legal team would instruct VM to move it... TBH I think my neighbour is also at fault as they came out to move it and she told them she wanted the service and wait for this but to remain in my garden, on the third time they came to move it she then said it was her property, of course by then even their field manager knew it was in my property but I had to prove through their legal department hence all this because of vm and a very silly arrogant neighbour, it was not good enough for VM for me to send copy of title deeds and boundary survey as they told me they would do nothing unless I contacted a solicitor in their letter quote Further to our visit I have enclosed the address you require in order to contact our legal department. I have been advised that you should instruct your solicitor to send a copy of any relevant documents to our legal team at this address Virgin Media, Media House, Bartley Wood Business Park,Hook,RG27 9UP. I must admit I was in tears but it is not in my nature to let someone walk over me and most importantly it was the principle of the whole matter now and trust me like you I will take it all the way and I will win as it is them in the wrong not me they cannot keep doing this to hard working Law abiding people ... It is so wrong of them to think otherwise...  truly shocking ...

You were lucky you had cctv of this event...
Thank you I will  I am under the impression that they will need to remove it as I have proved that it has been laid on my land, my lawyer stated that once it is proved by boundary survey there should be no problem, after all it did state in their letter to provide relevant documents...I have done that... am I disillusioned by this God I really hope not I do not want monies from VM just for them to remove the cable to the neighbour getting their service as my lawyer has told me this being in my property could lower any asking price as any future buyer could use this as are bargaining tool to use against the asking price ...

I just wanted to update you. I had another letter Thursday from the CEO's office telling me that I WAS right in the first place and that my bill WAS going up. ( o CS were just lying as usual)
He gave me the option to leave in 30 days from the letter. As I have already left I consider that the end of the matter BUT it just goes to show all that is wrong in that company.
three have turned on 4G today and for now I am getting just under 60mbps down and 24mbps up - All for no extra cost and on a Saturday afternoon. i am happy with that

That is so bad Vm lied to you, but I am glad you are happy with your new supplier. Sorry it did not work out for you with VM ...

I've just re read the letter and in it they are actually telling me off for downloading too much. My phones been on for about 5 years so it's not new I was going to just use the 3G but today's been a nice suprise.
