So why are the offering me more - just to get more money and me into another contract?

I thought it was fishy.

Re: Virgin Media Upgrade

It was allready confirmed on community.VirginMedia.com forums and then reposted here that all 10Mb/s customers will be moved twice...
1st, to 20Mb/s
2nd, to 30Mb/s at another later date with a Super hub install.
If you don't want to move to 30Mb/s with the Super hub You would have to jump ship from VM .
The move is not for years due to all the delays. but you will be paying for 30Mb/s but only get 10-20Mb/s...

This last point is why alot of 10Mb/s users have left 10Mb/s as we are paying way to much for only 10Mb/s, when others get 30Mb/s download speed and 2Mb/s upload for the same price.
