You could always try one, if that doesn't work, try the other

To be fair, I wasn't sure how it worked, I didn't know if the content had been split so that the L menu contained the stuff that everyone could watch, and the XL menu contained only the XL exclusive content

Something simiar may be coming for music on demand as the trails for playlists now have small print saying the skipable function is only available for XL customers.

Also at the bottom of the menu there is a notice for L customers telling them to press red for an explanation about the changes to TV Choice
