But they are not in two separate paragraphs, they are in the same paragraph. In fact, the two concepts of colour and gender are in the same sentence.

Actually I am..We seem to always think that everything has to be gender or racially related when in fact if people/employers would just employ a bit of common sense and see that treating people as people would get us all a bit further along the road to adulthood.
Especially as a lot of jobs that seem to need this sort of legislation are jobs that a trained monkey could do.
