A general rule of all forums dealing with products, I believe. The samples are always heavily biassed in favour of people with problems. Those without any problems rarely feel compelled to post.
I remember looking at some forums the last time I wanted to buy a camera. From some of the posts, if the problems had been general, I'd have expected the firm in question to gave gone bust. It can be extremely depressing at times!

Anyone else understand that? Or the Private message that followed asking me if I was stupid, or if there was a medical reason..

Typical... and almost certainly the only reason for the call in the first place.

Re: Currently Holding For 1 Hour To Cancel My Virgin Account
All that ****ing and moaning for nothing. Wasting time typing in this thread, while on hold in a call queue, when you clearly had no intention of cancelling.
If you had any balls at all you'd of told em to stick their deal and bogged off to Sky like the other fools.

Re: Currently Holding For 1 Hour To Cancel My Virgin Account
if you wanted to cancel you could have written a letter sent it recorded delivery, probably taken about 10 minutes, unless as per most recent post you were just after an offer you couldnt refuse
