It's on the Telewest website because TV Drive has been available to Telewest customers for a long time, but it's still pretty new for ntl. I don't think all ntl customers can get it yet, could be wrong. I'm sure they will advertise the V+HD box on the new Virgin Media website which is coming soon.

The V+ Box is available to NTL customers.

I live in Salford (Manchester)and I being installed next Wednesday with the new Box. I have to pay £15 per month for the box on top of my 2 for £20 deal I have. Not sure if I will get the black V+ box though, Have to wait and see

So fat people get it cheaper?

Well, I suppose they'll be using it the most...

Re: V+HD Box!

They missed a prime opportunity here to redesign what is another god awful remote... it is almost on a par with that silver TW one that is given with non-PVR boxes

Re: V+HD Box!

Anyone know how M, L and XL relate to the current NTL packages? Is XL = Family or is it a complete re-working?

Thanks

Not a complete reworking...

XL = Family Pack
L = Base Pack
M = Free TV Pack

And the Select TV pack will be renamed the Starter TV Pack

Yes - whilst the respray of the box itself has improved the look of it - the new remotes make the old "shark" ones look fantastic by comparison. Personally, I'd have preferred it if they'd redesigned the shark to allow for a "record" button like they did with the new keyboards.
