We do have some issues with the way the sales department set up the account, there's an option in the order for "broadband bundles offer" which can set it to free for 60 days. but I have had a lot of customers coming to me and I've had to give them a manual credit

But yes Im affraid that once the 2 months are up, your in a legally binding contract for the 12 month period. But there are cases where people have tried to cancel but havent been able to due to problems getting in contact, or the trial date ended on the weekend etc.

Well today I got another bill that I have to pay as it is still standing. At least the account is on a pending disconnection which is half the way there. However looks like I will have to call up the disconnection department to get that 24.99 off the acocunt on Monday. Hopefully it will be the last time I have to call them up for anything as the account 'should' be disconnected on the 8th Dec. After that I hope I don't get any more bills...
