Think you are being a bit unfair to NTL they have thrown lodasmoney at e-mail and it still does not work.
You have to understand things do not always work at NTL but they are improving e-mail will work consistantly one day.

On what basis do you say they're improving? The last week's been the worst I've yet experienced.

We are paying for a service we are not getting, web pages donââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢t work and are slow to load, email has not worked properly for ages and is slower than when I had the free NTL dial-up service.

I understand AOL is hosted on NTL and they donââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢t have any download limit so why are we the paying customers of NTL limited to 1Gb a day? I think I have answered that one in my opening line.

Some bright spark has changed the NTL homepage and the link for web mail is not working so if any tech guys or girls read this could you please pass this on as I donââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢t want to hear how good Broadband Medic is at fixing problems.

This bit should be on the joke thread: sick of waiting for your email to download? GET IT FASTER with ntl Broadband. As seen on the bottom of the web mail page that does not work either.

Well the NTL email is up and working and not locking up the accounts, does this mean itâ₠¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s fixed or is it just a quick fix like all the times before? I hope NTL will soon be back as the number one ISP. The web mail submit button is still not working in either browsers, but who needs web mail or have I spoken to soon.

A: NTL Email still not working.

This morning it locked up again so I had to use Web Mail to delete the emails, which numbered 20 as they had all been downloaded into Outlook apart from one email that locked the NTL pop3 box. This only happens on my main account.
