dont worry persistence pays - off but I am more worried about getting members for the site. Making forums is easy, attracting members? now thats hard.

Woah there! That's a bit harsh and probably not one of the main prerequisites a mod should have? Surely as a mod that would be a last resort following an explanation as to why a post is unacceptable, and only used for the most hardened repeat offenders and trolls.
