I still have Radio Scotland on 930 in ex ntl area of York. I do have Radio 4 LW on ch 911 though.
Media boy, would you like a full list putting up on the current radio channels in my area?

Had an email from VM today....
Picture Box Movies are free to all customers from 25th-27th December.
Simply go to Virgin Central on channel 118 and select from all 28 films.
