Indeed but the thing is Sirius they have had months to sort this out and again failed to come up with the goods and you can't blame the often nefarious Sky for that.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 3.

Thats actually not a bad deal - I am not looking to change provider, but the inclusion of movies in that price is a good one[/QUOTE]

Did not want to really go, but felt left with little choice. Retentions at VM did not attempt to keep me or offer anything. Seemed resigned to the fact that customers are leaving. Football/Rugby is a big deal for me and the wife has been nagging me about SKY atlantic for ages, and the combined package form BT/SKY was to good to turn down. Must say though Virgin were nice in letting me go 12 months into a 18 month contract.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 3.

The quality of communication on this issue from Virgin Media to its customers has been very poor. Sure, business negotiations have to remain confidential but to keep people who are spending their money with VM every month, in the dark, reveals a lack of respect in my opinion.

They're not Virgin's though, they can easily get the channels we have onto BT Vision and I'm sure if they threw enough money at Sky they'd eventually let them have Sky Sports.

I know that they're not Virgin's I was getting at the point that Virgin broadcasts them and BT doesn't

Sorry to be a buzz kill bud,but if your hoping for a couple of weeks your gonna be disappointed.bt are tweeting talks have stopped and vm are admitting on face book there taking a break,I really don't think they will every get these customers back the way they have handled this is a shambles and the way they are speaking to paying customer when they ring to complain is a disgrace.i have said before vm are more focused on broadband and clearly the new owners share the same, with the future of TiVo doomed once the deal runs out and the sky deal slower dropping down in years vm TV is on a slippery slope

It's for that reason that BT would never allow VM to bundle it with XL.

They paid a fortune for the PL to drive their broadband business. BT need this USP and can't see them giving VM a deal that makes VM more attractive especially as they have other USPs such as faster BB, Tivo and HD channels. BT have to protect their USP.

The loser here is the customer as which ever way you go you have to compromise something, such is life!

That was just an example. I think Virgin will get them in some form at some point.

I agree Virgin could be a little better in communicating this to us all, but we do have to assume they are doing their very best for us, despite what we may think.

I am still sure we will get the channel in one form or another at some stage.
Totally spot on Mutley.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 3.

Do you get a log in to watch BT Sport online/via the app if you order it via Sky but you don't have BT Broadband?

I asked yesterday and was told yes. Is this 100%?
