Sorry missed irony i have that nice samsung box and its not upgraded yet thought someone had messed with my config file keeping me on 750.

My internet just came back... i'm on 2meg now  ... but rather than an instant upgarde.. it took em long enough... tried to upgrade via the website on tuesday, and my modem died for 48 hours... only the ds light and ethernet... decided to come back on this evening  ...

Just phoned CS - Apparently they are swamped with calls for upgrades
Been put down for upgrade tomorrow - I'll wait and see....

rebooted the CM and i am now seeing the upgrade
Maximum Downstream Data Rate : 3072000 bps
Maximum Upstream Data Rate : 300000 bps

Was told earlier by CS that I won't be able to upgrade because I upgraded from 300k to 750k three weeks ago and the system won't allow two upgrades inside a month.
Is this BS?

Been enjoying 2mbit for 2 days now and thinking of upgrading to 3mbit

yup... i'm afraid you speed can only change once in a month (although this is a way of getting round this, 99.9% of c/s agents will not able to do this, so you'll have to wait until next month i'm afraid
