Re: What are you eating now thread?
Just been out with the love of my life for our Valiversary meal (31 Valentines, 29 Anniversaries).
I had -
Duck confit, game & port terrine with toasted brioche & plum chutney, washed down with a nice glass of Chilean Pinot Noir
Champagne Sorbet
Chateaubriand for two: twice-cooked chunky chips, roasted mushroom, tomato, peppercorn sauce, accompanied by a large glass of Argentinian Malbec
Selection of British cheese, Cropwell Bishop stilton, Colliers cheddar, Somerset brie, biscuits, plum & balsamic chutney, with a glass of Port
At home now, relaxing with a large glass of Hennessy XO, as a digestif.
Excellent night.
