Re: Football Talk 2006/2007 Season
Something I have noticed about Old Trafford (i've been there)... How quiet the fans are.
Even just now on the TV... All you can hear is 'Yid Army" and "We are Tottenham". You'd think 65,000 Man U fans would be able to drown out a couple of thousand Spurs fans.

Sometimes it can be very quiet.
Why's Lennon not playing? Is he injured?

Re: Football Talk 2006/2007 Season
Utd are now the only team left with a 100% record in football league.
Ronney and Scholes to come back and relegation candidates Arsenal up next.

Can you believe that this is the first time Giggs has won it?

Re: Football Talk 2006/2007 Season
*edit - I see what you mean now - you meant 4 straight wins - I took it to mean unbeaten. Still, who cares? Arsenal are 4th from bottom and that's all that matters

Yeovil 0-1 Grant Holt Roadshow - still top of the league, 19 pts from a possible 21

United were not at their previous best today, (I blame the international breaks), it might have had something to do with Spurs though, a draw might have been a fairer result, but I am not complaining

Right in the nick of time, no doubt Arsenal will be up for that one though.

I am looking forward to tomorrow's game between the 'ammers and villa, it should be quite interesting.

Re: Football Talk 2006/2007 Season
Anyone got any ideas as to who is going to be implicated in the Panorama bung scandal, I see Harry Redknapp has already been named but tbh as much as I like Harry that should shock no one
