Oven baked Gnocchi with spicy nduja salami, carmelised onion, chestnuts and tomato, followed by Roast Lamb Rump on a Courgette, Aubergine, & Tomato Gallette in Proscuitto Ham with a Salsa Verde dressing, accompanied by buttered Winter Vegetables with garlic, washed down by two large glasses of Don David Malbec.
Now having a digestif of a large 24 year old Glen Marnoch, because - it's Friday....
