But looking at it because l am a 30mb customer already l would have to upgrade to a 50mb broadband deal to get the Spotify offer l gather and at the moment l have £5 off my broadband bill untill christmas.

Er no, you only have to recontract your service. You aren't required to upgrade

Football and QoS was on BBC 2 Scotland last night.
I think some local shows that BBC 2 broadcasted are also on BBC iPlayer on Virgin Media.

Breaking News: Tests appear on Virgin for PBS UK.
My Virgin tester has just told me that Virgin are now testing PBS UK.
PBS is set to launch in the UK and Ireland on Tuesday.
More info as I get it...
