I make very good use of Living +2 on VM and will be sorry if it is dropped from cable. They can do what they like on satellite.

Yes, it's a good opportunity to do some housekeeping and regroup the channels sensibly.

I think it is because there are no more slots on Skys' EPG. They're reached the limit - though I could be wrong

i was watching a recording of the NHRA Drag racing i recorded on ESPN HD yesterday and saw an advert for ESPN america HD stating its launching on 21st june on SKY.

well looks like VM dropped another ball with ESPN America HD.

and just to rub salt into the wounds of us VM customers !!!

Well you never know what is happening behind closed doors. Remember we were all moaning about VM dropping the ball on ESPN and ESPN HD? They came up trumps with that one. Not that I am saying that will happen here but you never know.

i really hope it does but with just over a week to launch its highly unlikely VM will have ESPN america HD channel for launch. mind you VM seem to have a good relationship with ESPN so it could happen.

Virgin Media cuts Sky channels prices

Virgin Media has confirmed plans to slash the cost of Sky's premium sport and movies channels for cable television subscribers. From July 1st, new and existing Virgin Media customers taking the M+, L or XL TV packages can add or keep a single Sky Sports channel (Sky Sports 1 or 2) or Sky Movies channel (Sky Movies 1 or 2) for £13.50 per month, offering a saving of up to £9. Virgin Media will offer the entire Sky Sports Collection - Sky Sports 1, 2, 3 and 4 - to its customers for £20.50 per month, representing a discount of £42 a year on current prices.

The cable operator is also offering the Sky Movies Collection - Sky Movies 1 and 2, plus Sky Movies Premiere, Sky Movies Premiere +1, Sky Movies Showcase and Disney Cinemagic - for £19.50, delivering an annual saving of up to £84. The combined Sky Sports and Sky Movies Collection will be available in one package for £27.50 per month, offering a saving of up to £72 per year.

What i dont get for the sports and movies collection for the xl pack is £27.50 thats the price it is now.
