I thought he scuffed it and profited from some awful goalkeeping after the initial loss of possession due to Modric being a coward. Got pretty lucky with the penalty too.

Its pretty obvious who the ref wants to win the Cup. One of the softest penalties that l have ever seen in football, and before Brazil got the third, The Ref should have given a foul for Croatia.
Ref had a poor game and l cannot see him getting another. From what l have heard ref's are given games on performance.
