Hopefully 2013.....although 3 weeks is fairly quick for VM to fix these type of problems so maybe someone else reported the problem earlier

Oh, similar time for them to resolve my fault although I cancelled my sevices after they extended the fix date yet again, to another six months away!

This! More likely to get higher jitter if the base ping time is that high to begin with.
