Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
Chelsea have gone through. Schalke vs Basel will be good for the other spot. Chelsea need a result to top the group vs Steaua at home which you would think they would get.

AVN is an idiot - West Ham come and get Defoe as AVB don't want him - he has bought a striker that doesn't score goals unless they are from the penal;ty box.

Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
I haven't watched much German football this season but I cannot believe Leverkusen are 2nd in the league. They are awful. I'm not sure if I've ever seen such a bad left back as theirs in the champions league, Valencia has had the beating of him all night with ease. We've played very well but Leverkusen are terrible.

Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
Indeed Leverkusen have been poor but United have not let them play and they deserve full credit for their performance.

Because apart from Spurs, Premiership teams don't defend like that.

Their closing down was shocking, if teams defended like that in the premiership we would win 5-0 every game.

RM will have to sell if they sign another striker. A loan could be possible even if Real Madrid don't sign a striker in January. I'd take him, he would offer much much more than Bendtner and I'm not sure how Sanogo will get on.
