Re: Major TiVo Update
Update arrived in Belfast this morning.
Network connection ongoing (went between 35% downloaded and 88% in an hour) as I left for work.

D'oh.....
I went through everyone manually, there were loads. Does it add a 1 thumb automatically everytime you press record by the way.

Re: Major TiVo Update
Had the update overnight. LU postcode.
Apart from it seeming a little quicker to change menus (not the red button stuff that's still painfully slow) can't see much of a difference.
According to VM the 'The change will bring a slicker, image-focused menu system.' https://www.uswitch.com/broadband/ne..._box_upgrades/
Where is that then? Not being an arse; I really can't see any differences in the menus.

It's not very different, but if you are in Cambridgeshire, you have the new software. Both the Cambridge and Peterborough headends have been done.

I was obviously under a misapprehension. So the new picture based UI is for the Eos project rather than the update. That's a shame, because the current screens are looking a bit dated, and this is most obvious when you compare our home screen with that of the Sky + HD box.

Dundee got it yesterday. If you don't have it yet, maybe you're classed as Perth, not Dundee. It'll be at least a week until Perth gets it.

I'm just outside Dundee, 4 miles or so, but if we've had the update I cannot see any difference, any hints on what I should be looking for SP?
