Not really papa as we generally have amicable reasoned conversations about many important issues of the day when we all get together.

We are probably going to remain, but a huge portion of British citizens feel a sense of being united like never before. So things are going to change, I suspect labour will be the biggest losers in a remain vote, and UKIP the biggest winner.

There was actually some comments about the use of pencils at my polling station too. A trust worthy lot, aren't we.

I think this will be all down to demographics and the grey votes rules!!

Take a look at the link below, but roughly 20% of the population is under 18 and can't vote. A few % are over 80 and may not be able to vote. I think a majority of people over 40 will vote leave, which gives a figure of roughly 44% and those between 18-40 is under 40% of the population who may vote remain.

If, as in Scotland, 16-17 years could've voted, that would've been key.

I think this result will be pretty clear cut and it will be for leave and my local bookies will be very, very, happy if I am wrong!

Because religion, or more correctly, the spiritual battle going on behind the scenes, is more relevant to what is happening politically around the world today, than you can imagine.
Does the Good Book not also tell you not to get involved in Politics as these people are put there by God and will have to face His judgement?

Our Family in this house are 4 for leave. Think my parents and brothers are for leave too so it's pretty unanimous.

You're very lucky Den, I'm from a family of 5 daughters and 4 sons. We have family members who have converted to Islam, we have Jamaicans married into our family, with have Spanish married into the family and all that is not even going into sexuality as I believe that is not important.

But let me tell you, we have some heated intense uncivil debates when we are all together and I would not change it for the world.

re: [Update] The UK votes to leave the EU

I know quite a few Scots and I think the result up there won't be as clear as everyone thinks. Most of the Scots I know are voting leave, so I await the results from Scotland with interest.

It tells us their is a spiritual battle going on and we need to resist the devil.

Ephesians 6:12 New International Version (NIV)
I know the devil is behind the move to world government (and at some time in the future it will happen), and I know there is a link behind a United States of Europe and a future world government, so I figure I resist the devil by voting against a United States of Europe

Your religion has no place in this discussion and if you voted on that basis I feel very sorry for you.
