We are both consumers of SKY but not customers. Neither of us pay anything to SKY directly, and neither of us receive access to any SKY channel directly from SKY.

All you have to do is look back to 2007 when the SKY basic channels where withdrawn from Virgin. Did SKY consider us to be their customers back then? No they didn't.

New channels on Virgin in November - update.

As all of you may have seen rumours posted on the web saying that PBS and the missing ITV HD Channels may launch on Virgin Media next month.

My insider has not heard anything concrete, but has heard of a possible ITV HD deal in the pipeline.

Bear with me when I can get it confirm or my Virgin Testers can see them testing I will tell you all.

I sent a email to the ceo office asking about ITV 2,3,4 HD rumors a 11 days ago. The woman said "I am looking into the question you have raised in your email and I will contact you as soon as I hear a response". Have not got a email back for some reason so far. That's why i stopped contacting the CEO Office.
